August 24, 2006. Update to the "List of Plant Genera Regulated for Phytophthora ramorum (Sudden Oak Death) (D-01-01 - Phytosanitary Requirements to Prevent the Entry of Phytophthora ramorum)."
Relative to previous official pest reports for Canada posted on the NAPPO-PAS (e.g., 04/27/2006; 08/09/2006) listing the plant genera regulated by Canada to prevent the introduction of Phytophthora ramorum (Sudden Oak Death), the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recently made some minor modifications to this list and added the genus Nerium (Oleander) to the list of regulated genera.
